One contractor. The whole scope.
Electrical works, control panels, automation, EV charging and testing, carried by the people who designed them.

Commercial and industrial electrical services
A hospital theatre, a production line and a server room all fail in the same way: the power goes and everything stops. We design, install and maintain the electrical system so that does not happen, and we work around your hours when the building cannot be shut down.
- Electrical system design and drawings
- Installation and cabling
- Maintenance contracts and planned shutdowns
- Emergency electrical services
- Power distribution and load management
- Earthing and protection
Suited to: hospitals, factories, offices, hotels, cinemas and institutions.
Ask about your siteControl panels and automation
Drawn by our engineers, wired in our Kochi works and tested before dispatch. What each type does:
- AMF panels
Automatic mains failure. Starts the generator when the supply drops and hands the load back when it returns, without anyone running to the room.
- Metering panels
Measure and record the incoming supply, current, voltage and energy, so billing and consumption can be checked rather than guessed.
- APFC panels
Automatic power factor correction. Switches capacitor steps to hold the power factor and cut the penalty on your electricity bill.
- Motor control panels
Start, protect and control motors, with the starters, overloads and interlocks sized for the machine they run.
- Power distribution panels
Take the incoming supply and divide it safely into the circuits of the building, with protection on every outgoing way.
- VFD starter panels
Variable frequency drives to control motor speed, soften the starting current and cut energy on pumps and fans.
- Humidity control panels
Hold relative humidity in critical rooms, built around our own ARRO controller and interlocked with the air handling unit.
- Automation panels
Controller and PLC panels that run a process on their own and report to your building management system.
EV charger infrastructure
A guest arrives with an electric car and asks where to charge. We size the supply, install the station, supply and service the chargers, and connect the cloud and CMS software so you can set tariffs, see usage and take payment.
- Site survey and supply sizing
- Design and installation of the charging station
- Sales and service of EV chargers
- Cloud and CMS integration, tariffs and reports
Suited to: hotels and resorts, apartments, offices, malls and public sites.

Quality assurance and testing
Nothing leaves our works untested, and nothing is handed over on site until it has been tested again. When something does go wrong later, we find the fault rather than replace parts until it stops.
- Product and system testing
- Pre-dispatch panel testing
- Fault diagnosis and resolution
- Monitoring and quality control
- Commissioning on site
- Support after handover

ARRO, our own humidity controller
An energy-efficient humidity controller with step control, a Modbus link to your Building Management System, and built-in AHU, temperature and humidity interlocks. Panel-mount, with a smart PID controller.
Used in hospitals, pharmaceutical plants, frozen food units and MRI and CT scanning centres.
From your call to handover
The engineers who quote the job are the engineers who deliver it. Nothing is handed over mid-way.
- 01
We visit and measure
We come to the site, look at the load, the building and the timing, and tell you what is actually needed.
- 02
We design and quote
Our engineers draw the panel or the system and send an itemised quote with a delivery date, so there are no surprises later.
- 03
We build and test
The panel is wired in our Kochi works and tested there. Site work is planned around your operations so critical areas stay powered.
- 04
We install and hand over
We install, commission and test again on site, hand over the drawings, and stay available for maintenance and emergencies.
Tell us the load. We will tell you the cost.
Send the drawing or the load details and we come back with an itemised quote and a delivery date.
